The data collected when subscribing to a plan, creating an account on our websites and applications, using the charging service through our applications, or contacting us via the contact forms or hotline includes:

  • Last name, first name, title, and date of birth;
  • Postal address, email address, and telephone number;
  • Username and encrypted password used to identify you on our websites or applications;
  • Encrypted payment information: bank card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV);

The data we collect when you use the charging service includes information relating to the history of your commercial relationship with us concerning the purchase and performance of services (subscriptions, charging sessions, etc.), as well as billing and payment.

The data we automatically collect to improve the service includes:

  • Cookies, subject to your consent. A cookie does not identify the user but records information relating to the browsing activity of their computer on the websites or applications (operating system, browser, pages viewed, date and time of access, and referring webpage), which may be read during future visits.
  • Geolocation data (if you have enabled this feature), in order to identify the physical location of your device, provide nearby services, and guide you to your selected charging station.

Before offering a third party (employees, family members, etc.) a subscription, charging card, or any other service we provide, you must ensure that the person concerned agrees to the disclosure of their personal data.

Your data is processed based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The Service does not collect any sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, sexual orientation, etc.).

ARTICLE 3. PURPOSES OF THE DATA COLLECTED

The data collected is used to provide the charging service for your electric vehicle.

The main purposes for which we use the data referred to in the previous article are:

  • The preliminary operations required to provide the service (subscription registration, delivery of the charging card, etc.);
  • The operation and optimisation of navigation on our websites and applications;
  • The provision of the charging service;
  • Billing and payment for the services;
  • Customer support for any questions or requests;
  • Sending information regarding changes to the services;
  • Meeting the legal and mandatory reporting obligations to the public authorities that own the charging infrastructure to which the user has subscribed: subscriptions and charging services invoiced in the name of and on behalf of the relevant authority;
  • Measuring the audience and usage of the website and charging stations in order to improve the service.

The personal data of subscribers or users will never be transferred or sold to third parties.

ARTICLE 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD AND STORAGE LOCATION

Your personal data is retained for periods that comply with applicable legal requirements. These retention periods depend on the purpose of the processing and the user’s status:

Customer account management data, data relating to the services used, payment, and reporting may be retained for the entire duration of the subscription and for up to 10 years after termination.

  • Data used to facilitate navigation on the websites or applications and audience measurement is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

Once these retention periods have expired, the data will be deleted.We store your personal data within the European Union, primarily in France.

ARTICLE 5. WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR DATA?

Your data is intended to be used exclusively by our company and will be made accessible, strictly for the purposes of carrying out their duties, to:

  • Our technical service providers that enable us to manage the IT systems required for the REVEO service, the online payment system, telephone calls, and audience measurement;
  • Our charging partners that have delegated the operation of their electric vehicle charging infrastructure to us;
  • Where applicable, police, judicial, or administrative authorities.

Access to your data is granted on the basis of individual and limited access authorisations. The personnel concerned are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Access by our subcontractors is based on signed agreements specifying their obligations regarding data security and confidentiality protection.

ARTICLE 6. YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND ERASURE

We remind you that you have the right to access your personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you, and, where provided for by applicable regulations, to object to the processing, request the deletion of certain data (after termination of the service), restrict its use, or request its portability for transmission to a third party. You also have the right to define how your data should be handled after your death.
